These are my new running shoes. I am excited to see how much I like them!
Lunch ~ What is something you must get done today? What is something you would like to get today? As far as the MUST get done, there wasn't really anything that was do or die. I really needed to take a paper to the hospital (an invoice for a speaker I got for a women's conference) and it did NOT get done. Kind of the story of my life lately. It needed to get done, but it wasn't life or death if it didn't. We did attend a viewing that really was a must I guess. I have decided there aren't a lot of things in life that are absolute MUSTS. Well, I should say in life right now. When Tyson was so sick, nearly the entire day of every day was MUST do's because then things were life or death. As for the what I would like to get done, I was able to return some things to Ogden that had been weighing on my mind for a while.
Dinner ~ Name something that disappointed you this week. Name something that made you happy or excited. I was a little disappointed I wasn't able to go to the ATK Rocket Booster Test on Wednesday. I really wanted to witness it again. But, instead I did speed work on the track and attempted to hurdle and hurt my tail bone AGAIN! I was a little disappointed I wasn't able to do them without injury. I finally did clear it a couple times and that made me happy AND excited! I was also happy and excited I got to spend some time with many friends this week and I got new running shoes. I was also extremely excited that our splits were amazing on our speed work this week. They were faster than last time and our very last split was a new PR even though we did that one tired and after I fell flat on my tush after hurdling.
Midnight Snack ~ List five to ten of your "go to" meals that you serve most frequently. Tacos ~ Beef Stroganoff ~ Spaghetti ~ Chicken Pot Pie (from scratch) ~Meatloaf ~ Roast ~ Pork Chops (w/ potatoes, carrots, and onions) ~ Crock Pot Steak and Gravy ~Chicken Bundles ~ Taco Salad
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?) Don't be afraid to tell your friends how you feel about things. You never know when something you say will be the one thing that helps them out the most. We have all been given different life experiences and so we need to be willing to share the lessons we have learned with others even though we may feel they aren't interested in hearing them.

You can find my post here.
I love that you can still get over "hurdles"...seriously I only dream of that these days. I'm sorry you hurt yourself but still who can even do that?
I played along :)
I think I fixed my setting so others might be able to find me. ☺
