Dinner ~ List FIVE things you do almost everyday.  
  1. Run (unless it's a rest day)
  2. Housework / make dinner (it did say "almost"☺)
  3. Pray
  4. Write and read in some form (journal, scriptures, blog, social media, letter, etc)
  5. Learn something new
What are FIVE things you put off doing almost everyday?
  1. Housework (yes it's on both lists because even though I DO it in some form daily, I also put off doing a lot of it daily too)
  2. Returning my emails / text messages / etc.
  3. Getting in the shower RIGHT after I get home from my run.  I get cleaning or doing something else and I l always regret it. 
  4. Starting on projects that take a long time
  5. Getting dinner planned and started on time 
Midnight Snack ~ What are FIVE things you said you would never do again and never did again?
  1. Try to be someone else instead of myself
  2. Say yes to something when I know I will dread it later (well maybe I've slipped up on this one a time or two)
  3. Swim in a dark cave
  4. Drive in East St. Louis in the dark (or in the day for that matter!)
  5. Allow external circumstances to dampen my inner happiness
What are FIVE things you said you would never do again and then decided to do again?
  1. Run a marathon (or two or six or...)
  2. Look at my phone while driving (I have to throw it in the backseat now!)
  3. Eat junk food before healthy food
  4. Check social media before I get my TO DO list done
  5. Staying up too late
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?)  If you want to work out conflicts peaceably with others you must first look inward at yourself and see what you contributed to the problem before you blame the other person even if you feel they caused it.
