Breakfast ~ What was different about this week than most? I was recovering from a brutal marathon and due to an injury I was unable to run. That was hard to not run! But at the same time, I kind of liked the break!
Lunch ~ What are your plans this weekend? Dave is on call and so we didn't go on a date on Friday. I went and visited my parents instead. Bryce came home for the weekend and that was nice to see him even though he worked the entire time. Saturday night we have a family Halloween party in Kaysville at Dave's sister's house. I have to teach Sunday School and play the piano in Relief Society on Sunday and then hopefully chill a bit.

Dinner ~ What stressed you out this week? It was a busy week! I needed more time to get everything done and I planned on getting my Halloween decorations up and STILL haven't! I have a lot! It's like decorating for Christmas! My phone also decided to die on me on Friday and so I had to make an unplanned ER visit to my phone tech in Ogden. It was tough to receive text messages but not be able to respond to them or send any out. I'm still wondering how any of us lived without cell phones back in the day!
Midnight Snack ~ If you could have changed something about this week, what would you have changed? I wouldn't have had an injury and I could have run. My phone wouldn't have died. I would have found time to get my Halloween decors up. I would have got more sleep. I would have seen all my boys. But overall, it was a pretty good week so I will take it.
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)
Go with the flow. Realize your limitations and accept them instead of always fighting them.

So sad that your injury is stopping you from running this week, but a rest will probably do your body a world of good.
Is there anything worse that having a broken phone? I can't imagine living without mine!
Love your Recipe for the week!
Your recipe of the week is always just what I need. Sorry about your running injury, and your phone. We have come to rely on cell phones.
