This one was EASY!  I would give it all to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help find a cure for CF!

 

 

Then CF would stand for CURE FOUND!!!

 

And if there happened to be any money left over, I would buy a private island...
Don't worry, I would invite you to come and visit too!  =)   
I'd even fly you there at my expense.
