Always In Our Hearts... Never Forgotten...

Always in our hearts...
Never forgotten....

" I can shed tears that he is gone, or I can smile because he has lived. I can close my eyes and pray that he'll come back, or I can open my eyes and see all he's left. My heart can be empty because I can't see him, or I can be full of the love we shared. I can turn my back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or I can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. I can remember him only that he is gone, or I can cherish his memory and let it live on. I can cry and close my mind, be empty and turn my back, or I can do what he'd want: smile, open my eyes, L❤VE and go on." ~ David Harkin ~

Tuesday Tag ~ 6 Word Memoir

Memoir Tag
Yvonne tagged me for this memoir tag. I have thought a lot about this. It is much harder than it looks!!!

Here are the rules:
1. Write your own six word memoir.
2. Post it on your blog and include a picture if you want.
3. Link to the person who tagged you in your post.
4. Tag at least five more blogs with links.
5. Leave a comment on the tagged blogs with an invitation to play.

Yvonne's memoir was "Grateful for Life, and Jesus Christ."

Here are some of the ones I came up with for my memoir:

Stronger and Weaker Than She Knew
Lived, Laughed, Loved ♥ With Gratitude Daily
Striving to Be A Beacon of Hope
Her Faith Hath Made Her Whole
She's the Daughter of a King
Forty Decades Went By Too Fast
Searching for Happiness in Ordinary Moments

The one I finally settled on was:

She Treasured and Cherished the Moments

I knew it had to be this one after I received a phone call early this morning informing me that my cousin Shelley passed away. She had suffered (and I mean suffered) from MS for over 30 years and was truly an inspiration to all. She taught me many things, including how important it is to be happy no matter what your circumstances are and to cherish each precious moment life gives us.

I tag YOU ALL!

Everyone really should do this. You will be glad you did! After you do, let me know and I will drop by.
