Food 4 Thought Friday ~ This week's questions:
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Breakfast ~ Where do you most want to travel, but have never been?
Lunch ~ Metaphorically speaking, what is the most important tool in your tool box?
Dinner ~ If you could be anybody besides yourself for one day who would you be?
Midnight Snack ~ Name something nice someone did for you today and something nice you did for someone else.
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?)

MY ANSWERS
Breakfast ~ Where do you most want to travel, but have never been? My list is LONG! I LOVE to travel but Dave does not and so the word wanderlust is really a word invented about me! I am grateful I got to go to Europe and Canada and the east coast before we got married or I would have never got there. For now my list begins with Greece, Fiji, Rome and Australia. I would also love to go to Japan, China, New Zealand, Switzerland, Africa, Israel, and take a Mediterranean cruise.
Lunch ~ Metaphorically speaking, what is the most important tool in your tool box? It is for sure GRATITUDE! When I focus on what I am grateful for, happiness automatically follows. And gratitude just makes life seem so much better no matter what is happening or what your circumstances are. It's magical!
Dinner ~ If you could be anybody besides yourself for one day who would you be? What a tough question! I think I would say Oprah Winfrey. It would be fun to stand in her shoes for a day and work with the incredible people she does each day. If it was someone not living, I would choose Princess Diana. She had a hard life, but it was also very interesting. Or Emma Smith when she was a young mother. How cool would that be to have a front row seat watching Joseph Smith? I better stop because I just keep thinking of more and more!
Midnight Snack ~ Name something nice someone did for you today and something nice you did for someone else. McKay's friend Wyatt just stopped by with a pizza for us. He works at Papa Murphy's and once in a while if they have pizzas no one picked up he will drop one off to us. He is an amazing kid.
I made a cake for a neighbor who has a birthday tomorrow. I wasn't planning on making her a cake, but at my study group today, one of the women told us that she was just diagnosed with MS. When I asked her what we could do for her, she said that she was going to make a cake for this neighbor but wasn't going to be able to now because she wasn't feeling well enough. I told her I would make the cake. It was a special recipe of hers and so she brought the recipe by and I made it. But, it was an odd recipe and it turned out all crumbly. Somehow I was able to salvage it with the magic of lots of frosting. Hopefully it will taste good.
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?) Trust in the Lord! Sometimes because of my limited knowledge of things, I can't see how things will work out, and even when I have been told by the spirit that all is well and to be at peace, sometimes I still doubt. Time and time again, I have learned no matter what is going on, the Lord delivers what He says He will. Sometimes I'm a slow learner!

Thanks Jodi! It looks more like a wedding cake than a birthday cake, but oh well! It's the thought that counts right? :)
