*MONDAY MEMOS*

(If pictures are too small, just click to enlarge)
Weekly recap of my rather crazy, insane, but fun and rewarding life!

dear monday, I had a hair appointment today but I chose to not go. I figure if she is still doing everyone's hair then she is exposed to a lot. Plus with me being exposed via Dave working, I didn't think it was smart. My hair needs it something fierce though. Hope I can last this out. I went on a run and I had a bad day. I could NOT run. My ankle hurt and it just wouldn't allow me to. I limped ran for a bit hoping it would come out of it, but it got worse instead of better. VERY FRUSTRATING! I am not sure what to think. Maybe I over did it last week? Not sure how because I totally pulled back last week and didn't even run more than twice all week and not far. It really hurt though. Like it hasn't before even in the beginning when I first started to run. Maybe it wasn't warmed up enough? Not sure. Pretty discouraged. Especially because the other day I told Dave how it's been feeling and he was concerned saying it should be doing better this far out and he wonders if maybe that first doc was right after all about the bone dying. He only said it out of concern, so I won't be damaging it further. But, that is NOT what I needed to hear! And now this!  He is always positive about this stuff too. Maybe it's all mental. Who knows?

I never knew this....
I hit Kent's on my way home for more avocados (the boys go through them so fast), salad, and bread. I should just make bread, but since I was there I got some. They were out of cream that I needed though. Still no TP, PT's, or hand sanitizer. However, they had a small 2 oz one you can buy at the checkout stand. One per person though. But they had NO limits on donuts! hah

THIS!
SO TRUE!

I am never quite sure what day it is anymore! #groundhogday!
I worked on my blog books again! They are done but adding them to the cart takes a while. I practiced the harp for quite a while today. My lesson is tomorrow. I told the boys it was FFA for dinner (Free For All) because we need to get the leftovers cleaned out! They were happy with that. I got my Sunbeam treats ready to deliver tomorrow. They turned out cute. Dave came home from work (he was busy today) and worked in the yard until dark. He is obsessed. Hah

Just be careful because people are going crazy from being in lock down! Actually I've just been talking about this with the microwave and toaster and we all agreed that things are getting bad. I didn't mention anything to the washing machine as she puts a different spin on everything. Certainly not to the fridge as he is acting cold and distant. In the end the iron straightened me out as she said everything will be fine, no situation is too pressing. The vacuum was very unsympathetic... told me to just suck it up, but the fan was more optimistic and hoped it would all soon blow over! The toilet looked a bit flushed when I asked its opinion and didn’t say anything but the door knob told me to get a grip.😬 The front door said I was unhinged and so the curtains told me to ........yes, you guessed it 😝.....pull myself together
Copy and pasted 👍
I hope it made you smile 😁

dear tuesday, I got out on a walk this a.m. and it was a nice day!  I got so warm I had to take off my jacket. That is a first. Spring is coming! I LOVE spring! The flowers, the sun, the rain, the warmth, but most of all the smells! I should say scents or aromas! Today I was surprised to see more people out walking/running. The past weeks it has been maybe one or two, but today there were a lot more people. I am sure it's because it was warmer.

I actually hit Kent's on my way (yes again!), because they didn't have cream yesterday and told me they would this morning and I need it so I can use up my kale (to make another soup) before it goes bad. I also needed one more pack of goldfish crackers for my Sunbeams. I made this tag to go with them. Pat and I are going to deliver them this afternoon.
I also made this tag for the sisters I minister to. I wrapped up a roll of toilet paper to give them with it. That is the hot commodity right now! Each roll is highly valued!  I am serious! It was a great gift!
I had to get home and practice a bit before my harp lesson.  It went well. She has to stick with exactly 30 minutes per lesson which really isn't long enough, but we managed. I practiced for another hour after. The boys and Dave went golfing. I was happy to see them get out. Other than they invited CJ and so I am not sure that is sticking to the social distancing. Not sure because I wasn't there but I am assuming they kept their six feet.  It was nice to have a couple hours to my self at home. I have to admit I LOVE to be alone. Not sure why, but it restores me.

These guys keep setting off my doorbell notifications:

I met Pat to deliver the Sunbeam treats (six feet apart). I chatted with Lynn Tugaw on my way. She is the nicest lady. Then I saw Eden riding her tricycle with her family as I was walking towards Pat. I gave her the treat. We went to Liam's but they didn't answer. We went to Sawyer's and when his mom opened the door he came RUNNING out and gave Pat a big hug and then ran to me and gave me a big hug!  Oh-oh!  We weren't sure what to do! These littles don't understand. His mom (who I minister to) told us it was okay. Yikes though. So we went with it and decided we might as well get a picture.
We went to Felix and he was so cute. We just left it on the porch and when they answered we said hi. No rules broken. Then as we were heading towards Ever's house, she came down the sidewalk with her mom and sisters. She is so cute. We gave it to her and I think we were only four feet distancing on the sidewalk. Lots of rules we broke today. And we saw lots of neighbors outside chatting with each other, definitely breaking the rules. I fear we are not taking this serious enough. I guess we are all trying our best.
I came home and Dave was out working in the yard. The boys were studying. I got some of more of my blog books downloaded and in the cart. It takes about 15 minutes per book to do that. Very time consuming. I went through a bunch of magazines and papers and cleared out some stuff. My new containers arrived to add to the others. I am getting excited to get started on the pantry. But, I have to get these books done and the newsletter first. I'm trying to do time blocking each day so I can get a little bit of lots of things done, but when you have a deadline (coupon code expiration date) you kind of have to block the entire day on that thing.

Covid-19 remains the main topic in life around the entire world:

dear wednesday, I went on a walk/run today. I was able to get in a mile run. It wasn't too shabby. But my ankle is still hurting much more than it used to.  I'm just not sure why.

The pickleball courts are even shut down. Of course the playgrounds are at the parks...but I was surprised by the pickleball courts.
Tyson's friend Matt's wife sent me this hilarious text about Matt finding his journal and what he wrote. I will put the photo here:

But if you can't read it, it said...
We found a journal of Matt’s tonight and thought this was hilarious. I might have to translate for you. “I just called Tyson but he’s working so he’ll call me at about 3:30 pm. I can’t wait because we haven’t played for while and we’re best friends. He couldn’t play for four days because I accidentally shot him with a BB gun and he couldn't walk because his leg was swollen.” 🤣🤣🤣

So funny! I loved it!  Carson facetimed me and Taylor today. We had a lot of fun with the crazy additions. hehe

Then later Carson rang my doorbell!  Sarah needed to come get her packages and so I left them on the porch and we chatted from there. Carson gave me a daffodil from my yard. So sweet. It was so nice to see him. I just wanted to hug him so bad!  This is hard!  He is the cutest and sweetest little thing!  He brought me some "presents'' he made too!

These boys.  It's been so much fun having them around. They are seriously so entertaining especially when they tease each other.

Sarah sent me some pix of Carson riding his two wheel bike. They took off the training wheels and he just took off as if he had been doing it his entire life!

I watched a Jody Moore freebie today.

dear thursday, today was our Homemaker's Favorite Things online meeting.
I kind of forgot and so I rushed to the computer early so I could get things started and set a few guidelines.  Here are the things I posted as my favorite things:
Let's get this show on the road!
Here are a few of my favorite things!
I have a couple more I plan to add later, so check back.
In order of photos:
#1 I AM MOM SUMMIT. This is a two day FREE conference EACH year on lots of topics (not just motherhood) that is FREE! They have already done it for this year, but you can join the facebook page to get updates for next year. You get a couple of days to watch. It is great! Image may contain: sky, cloud, outdoor and nature, possible text that says 'i am MOM SUMMIT'
#2 New York Times Crossword Puzzle.
This is an APP. It is so fun to play with your family! We play it each night and everyone texts their time (and how many puzzle checks they needed) to see who was the fastest each day. We do the DAILY MINI. SO FUN!!
Image may contain: phone
#3 This mascara is the bomb! You can get it at Walmart.com for only $6.75. It sales on different websites (sometimes under different names for as much as $30). It is amazing!
No photo description available.
#4 LOW carb tortillas. I have a son doing KETO right now and I bought these for him, but I LOVE them. Only 35 calories each and they are pretty darn tasty!!! I get them at Walmart.

We had about 12 participate. I hoped for many more, but oh well. The things they posted were good things. I learned a lot. I usually write them all down and add on here, but I will if I have time later. For now, just know it was good. Here's a few though:

AMAZING HOT FUDGE SAUCE
One can sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Melt on stove until mixed then take off the heat and add 2tb butter and one tsp vanilla
  • WEED KILLER HOMEMADE RECIPE:
  • One gallon of vinegar, 2 Tablespoons liquid soap, 1/2 c salt
  • Beth Checketts Allen I use white vinegar. If you want a smaller recipe use 1/2 teaspoon soap, 2 Tablespoons salt, 2 cups vinegar. It works great
Brownies in a mug. 3 Tablespoons of brownie mix in a mug. Add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of water. Stir. Microwave for 1 minute. It is fun to put the following out so your family can add what they want. Mini marshmallows, mint chocolate chips, nuts, caramel, Oreos etc. When they come out of the microwave top with spray with cream from a can.

3. Online Libraries! 📚 ok this is amazing, especially in our world now. You can check out ebooks or audiobooks online. Anyone with a library card can do this. So multiple accounts in your home could have an online account. To set it up initially u have to have your library card number - but if u have questions call the library and they will help u. From my understanding someone is there now to walk u thru it, even tho the library is closed. Now if u are an avid reader like me and go thru a couple books a day then u may want to look into out of state libraries. U can access a nonresident library card for a fee. It’s FREE for Utah’s online library! I use the LIBBY or OVERDRIVE apps to access these books.
4. Next is an app that I found not to long ago, that helps with meal prep. Supercook, it works as “supercook” on line as well. It takes all that u have in the pantry, freezer, and fridge and gives u meal ideas. The first time I tried it just quickly without adding much. I got over 1000 meals. Once I added everything a couple days later I was 30,000 possibilities. So next time you can’t decide or want to use up something this may give u some ideas.

👉Fave easy healthy breakfast: 2 ingredient Banana Pancakes 🍌🥞 All you do is mash up a banana and stir in 2 eggs. Cook over stove top like pancakes. Top with fresh berries and either sugar free syrup, light cool whip, coconut cream or Nutella if you want to treat yourself 🤤
👉Fave hair product: Kenra Blow Dry Shine Spray! You can spray it on your hair when it’s wet before you blow dry and after it’s dry for an awesome shine/frizz ease. It smells so good too!

Here is last month's I think I forgot to post:

I made dinner for Dave's parents. I made this YUMMY recipe below! I was trying to copycat Rooster's Pepperjack Turkey Enchiladas. Dave got the steaks going. I made a yummy salad and croissants. We had sweet potatoes and regular ones as well. Dave overcooked the asparagus...just slightly. LOL   We had a nice prayer to begin our fast. It is pretty amazing that the people all over the entire world are joining in on this fast. I pray it will bring about some miracles!

dear friday, saw this on my run.  The schools are feeding kids 1-18 years old free lunch and breakfast each day.

SO TRUE! I never have a clue what day it is anymore!
Today is the day of the worldwide fast for the pandemic. I am a member of this really amazing Facebook group that has members of all religions and some atheists that are commenting and asking if they can join us. It's been pretty amazing.

Here are a couple of social media posts that really truly are incredible. Each is the same but worded a bit differently:
I love the symbolism. Something powerful to think about while fasting today.❤️
This week presents a powerful and symbolic situation to be apart of.
Sunday is Easter. Thursday is the Passover.
During the Savior's last week, he celebrated the Passover on Thursday, just before his crucifixion and resurrection.
The Israelites celebrated the Passover to invite God to deliver them from death.
It started from when God delivered the Jews out of Egypt. When Christ had his Passover meal on the Thursday before he was to die, he explained to the apostles that now the Passover not only symbolizes God delivering them from physical death in Egypt, but also from the spiritual death we all face when we die.
And here we are...
All of humanity has been invited the to fast on Good Friday for an end to this pandemic.
This means that our last meal would be the Passover meal on Thurs night.
OUR last supper before we petition the Savior of the World for healing, corresponds to the anniversary of HIS Last Supper.
And that Passover meal is THE symbol of divine rescue from disease and death.
The God we are praying to for deliverance at this very moment, is the one who gave us the Passover to remind us of His power to deliver.

Today is also NATIONAL SIBLING DAY!

Here are few pix from my childhood with my one and only sibling, Jerry!
I wore my mask to the dollar store today and a quick run to Wallies. Not many people are wearing them. There are some but everyone is supposed to be right now.
I look like I am about to rob a bank!  Maybe I should try this out while looking for hand sanitizer and TP!

I saw a huge group of peeps at the temple.  It's closed but they were taking photos.

I ran some stuff to Sky's and chatted with Sarah and Carson and Sky. Trevor and Kalani stopped by today to bring me this vanilla from Tahiti!  I feel so bad I wasn't home!  Waaaaa.... I would have LOVED to see her!!!
I came home and put together some Easter baskets for Bryce's little's and filled a bunch of eggs for them as well. I made some for Carson as well.

I met Taylor and McKay at Bryce's and they helped me hide the eggs. We set the stuff on the back porch and then knocked.
They were so egg-cited!  They found the eggs and it was fun watching them. So cute!  Liam was adorable and Brinlee was so excited. They go with their real dad tonight for the weekend and so we had to do it today.
We hung out for a bit. I stayed and chatted with Haylie for awhile and Liam got in my car and didn't want to get out. haha He seat-belted himself in the back and when I said I had to go he sadly said, "No" so cute. He is adorable.
The boys headed to Honeyville to go shoot. I came home and made our dinner to break the fast. It was ready and waiting way before they got home. We fasted for about 25 hours this time. Dinner was so good.
 Recipe on Thursday's post....

But I started feeling really sick right after eating. I had to go lay down and my stomach took a long time before it was feeling okay. I think the pepperjack in the enchiladas messed it up.  I guess I can't eat too much hot and spicy after fasting. Lesson learned.

It was okay, because I ended up watching a movie called The Passion of the Christ that was on TV. It is usually rated R but it was edited and so I watched part of it. It had already started. It was an emotional movie for me to watch.  It was actually really upset me to watching how bad Jesus was tortured before he was crucified. It was almost too much for me to bare. I have always focused on the Garden of Gethsemane and the intense suffering there and then on the cross and how brutal that was, but the scourging he had to endure before the crucifixion was not something I knew he went through to that extreme. I knew He went through immense suffering, but to the extent this movie portrayed, I had no idea. I am forever in His debt. I have no idea how he endured it. NO! IDEA! Such gratitude to Him!
Gratitude is one of the most powerful principles in the universe.
It works like magic during hard times and brings instant joy!

After yesterday's worldwide fast, I want to express my gratitude to a Father in Heaven Who we are able to petition when needs arise and Who hears us when we do. I can't imagine a life without that blessing and gift!  #gratitude #pandemicfast

dear saturday, well, early this morning, Dave and Taylor headed for Yakima Washington to go get all of Taylor's belongings. His school is shut down completely until fall and so Taylor needed to get his things. He might be moving back down there in July to work on a research team if things settle down.  I am a bit concerned since in that little city there have already been 19 deaths. It is the 5th largest in Washington state as far as Covid-19 cases go. Sigh... When will this end?

So, I asked the Easter Bunny to come on Saturday morning since Taylor will be gone tomorrow on Easter.  He obviously complied with my request!
I headed to Carson's to hide Easter eggs for him and to take them all some Easter gifts. It was a lot of fun.
He found them all and then gave me the cutest picture EVER! I love it!  He wrote my name in the bottom with flowers.
Some of the "presents" he has made for me recently....
Social media posts:
My very creative little buddy Carson makes me "presents" all the time and I cherish EVERY single one! Especially now!
#socialdistancingstinks

I ran to Walmart to grab some broccoli for McKay. There were a lot of peeps in masks today but not as many as should be. I would guess about 5% of the people I saw had them on. I kept mine on though!  Here is what it looks like now to get in:
I ran some groceries back to Sky and then headed to the high school for my walk. My ankle is still hurting and so I didn't attempt to run at all. They have locked the entire track up now!  With a huge gate that has never been locked before!  NOT COOL!
This is how I feel about that:

I did find some coins in the hs parking lot which is a miracle because I have scoured that place the last month since school was let out. If I could find all the lost coins in the world, I would be a billionaire!  TRUTH!
I came home and should have practiced but got busy doing other things. I organized the pantry a bit. I am so excited for the big makeover of my pantry. But I can't start until I have the newsletter done. I am having a hard time sitting down and just doing it! Easter was my deadline but the blog books made it so that didn't happen.

Our ward did a traveling concert today. It was a riot. The Collin's were in the back of the Lindsey's truck and they drove them around the neighborhood while they played. Bonnie and Brad followed them tossing out candy. How fun is that?  I love how creative people are being with this quarantine thing.

Making the most out of social distancing! A neighborhood traveling concert while Julie and Mike Collins shared their awesome talent! Everyone sat on their own grass while they passed by! Complete with a treat toss and all! What a great idea! Seriously regretting not videoing it! #socialdistancingrocks
Brother Packer as he watched the parade go by:

I read a LOT today about the atonement, the crucifixion and the hours leading up to it. I read in Jesus The Christ by Talmage and in many other sources. I could not stop reading. I have always known the incredible pain the Savior suffered for each of us during that long night and next day, but I didn't know the true extent of it. I never will, of course, because no man could endure what the Savior did. But, I am in such awe that HE DID IT!  How he survived it, I have no idea. I feel such gratitude and love for Him. Such respect and awe. What an incredible gift we have been given. What an incredible brother we have. There really are no words.

I read this and it just pained me to the core of my soul:
“Death by crucifixion seems to include all that pain and death can have of horrible and ghastly—dizziness, cramp, thirst, starvation, sleeplessness, traumatic fever, tetanus, publicity of shame, long continuance of torment, horror of anticipation, mortification of untended wounds—all intensified just up to the point at which they can be endured at all, but all stopping just short of the point which would give to the sufferer the relief of unconsciousness. The unnatural position made every movement painful; the lacerated veins and crushed tendons throbbed with incessant anguish; the wounds, inflamed by exposure, gradually gangrened; the arteries—especially of the head and stomach—became swollen and oppressed with surcharged blood; and while each variety of misery went on gradually increasing, there was added to them the intolerable pang of a burning and raging thirst; and all these physical complications caused an internal excitement and anxiety, which made the prospect of death itself—of death, the awful unknown enemy, at whose approach man usually shudders most—bear the aspect of a delicious and exquisite release.
“Such was the death to which Christ was doomed” (Frederic W. Farrar, The Life of Christ [1964], 641).
HERE is a great article by Max Lucado titled: The Silence of Saturday (posted at bottom)
It's a wild Saturday night in BC!
dear sunday, Hoppy Easter every bunny!
It was just me and McKay today. Well, and Mr. Cat. :)  A very strange Easter for sure. I did petition the Easter Bunny once again for McKay since I found him some Keto treats yesterday.
And, of course, I HAD to add the one thing that EVERYONE is asking for this year...
It was a beautiful day. We had deer and turkeys in the backyard. I made a ham and funeral potatoes. McKay can't eat them but I know Dave and Taylor will when they return this evening.  Bryce stopped by for a few minutes. It was nice to see him. This social distancing thing is for the birds that is for sure.

LOVE THIS LITTLE EASTER BUNNY!

My heart has been so heavy after watching part of The Passion of Christ the other night. I have never seen it because it is rated R and I don't watch unless they have been edited. Friday night it was on cable edited to PG13. It had already begun and when I started watching it was when Christ was being accused before Pontius Pilate. I have never been more moved by a film in my life. It was torture watching Jesus being tortured. I watched in horror as they beat Him and scourged Him. I had no idea how brutal that was. I had to hide my eyes many times. I have no clue how He endured that intense and inhumane treatment!  The whips had pieces of bone on the end and some had bent nails. His flesh was torn and pieces scattered. It just continued on and on. It was never ending. Where was the compassion of those beating Him?   40 lashes!  Who could do that to ANY human? They had to be possessed by Satan. There is no other explanation! Then they dragged Him back to Pilate and placed a crown of long thorns on His head. Place is not the correct term. They hammered the thorns into his skull. He was calm and took it with such grace. How did He do it? He was then forced to carry His own cross after being so beaten and weak from the scourging. I was in tears. To watch His mother Mary endure having to be a witness to this, was almost too much to bare. How did she do it?  Such remarkable people.

Then to watch His incredible suffering as they nailed Him to the cross with what should be called spikes, not nails. So painful to watch. He endured it all with amazing compassion and love. And yet He had the ability to ask for forgiveness for His abusers when He was suffering the most. He suffered more than any other person ever has and He did it all with such composure and grace. My stomach was in knots. And I didn't even see the part of the film where He suffered in Gethsemane! My heart was filled with the deepest gratitude and love for this incredible example of humility and love.

To think He did it ALL for me!  And for you!  Because He loves us that much!  It is incomprehensible to my little finite mind. I can hardly take it in. I am forever and eternally indebted to Him for this beyond unselfish act of love. There is no way any of us can repay Him for all He suffered and endured. The only thing we can do is to love HIM back and to try to follow His example. That is ALL He even asks of us. Such a small price to pay for the greatest gift EVER given to mankind.
I am in complete awe! I will never understand HOW He could do this! But, He did!

What will we do for Him in return???

Because my heart was so full, I posted this on social media:

Today, as I think about this sacred week, my heart is heavy but full of gratitude as I remember all the Savior suffered and endured for each us. Weak from the atoning sacrifice He made in the garden, He was then betrayed, beaten, brutally scourged, forced to wear a crown of thorns, and then carry His own cross through a scorning crowd while enduring more abuse and beatings, yet all without complaint.
It’s almost too much to bare thinking about the excruciating pain he endured while being mercilessly pierced with nails and then hung on the cross, all while still being mocked. As He took that final breath, He was still full of compassion and thinking only of others as He asked the Father to "forgive them for they know not what they do.”
I think of His weeping mother Mary, whose soul was pierced with the “pain of a sword” as she witnessed her beloved son suffer through all He did leading up to the crucifixion and then for six hours on the cross. And yet, Jesus while in great agony, still looked upon her full of tender compassion with concern and worry.
He was the example of complete humility and perfect suffering. The extent of His suffering we will never have to know because He endured it so we won’t have to. He did it for us. For each one of us. Purely out of love.
Three days later as He rose from the tomb, we were given the greatest miracle of all. Hope. Because of Him whatever is broken can be healed, whatever is lost can be restored, whatever has died can live again.
I pray we will never take for granted this ultimate gift He has so generously given to each one of us. He was the only one who could do this. He alone. And He had to do it alone. It was the only way.
All He asks from us is to love Him and follow His example. He has already suffered for our sins and infirmities. Let it not be in vain.
He gave everything for us. What will we give back to Him?
I made a ham and funeral potatoes. Dave and Taylor got home about 6:00 pm. I told them that went by so fast but not to them. I cleaned the fridge after dinner. Then we watched a movie downstairs. We watched Princess Bride. It's so cute.

Someone posted these peeps on FB. I collaged them for social media. How cute is this?

dear random,
This is TYSON!  With his cousin Sara.

I win!
This my my cousin Gordon (well, my mom's cousin so maybe my second cousin once removed or something like that.) He is the mayor of Uintah.

Signs of the times...(missionaries coming home).

The Silence of Saturday
by Max Lucado

Jesus is silent on Saturday. The women have anointed his body and placed it in Joseph’s tomb. The cadaver of Christ is as mute as the stone which guards it. He spoke much on Friday. He will liberate the slaves of death on Sunday. But on Saturday, Jesus is silent.

So is God. He made himself heard on Friday. He tore the curtains of the temple, opened the graves of the dead, rocked the earth, blocked the sun of the sky, and sacrificed the Son of Heaven. Earth heard much of God on Friday.

Nothing on Saturday. Jesus is silent. God is silent. Saturday is silent.

Easter weekend discussions tend to skip Saturday. Friday and Sunday get the press. The crucifixion and resurrection command our thoughts. But don’t ignore Saturday. You have them, too.

Silent Saturdays. The day between the struggle and the solution; the question and the answer; the offered prayer and the answer thereof.

Saturday’s silence torments us. Is God angry? Did I disappoint him? God knows Jesus is in the tomb, why doesn’t He do something? Or, in your case God knows your career is in the tank, your finances are in the pit, your marriage is in a mess. Why doesn’t He act? What are you supposed to do until He does?

You do what Jesus did. Lie still. Stay silent. Trust God. Jesus died with this conviction: “You will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay” (Acts 2:27 NIV).

Jesus knew God would not leave him alone in the grave. You need to know, God will not leave you alone with your struggles. His silence is not his absence, inactivity is never apathy. Saturdays have their purpose. They let us feel the full force of God’s strength. Had God raised Jesus fifteen minutes after the death of His son, would we have appreciated the act? Were He to solve your problems the second they appear, would you appreciate His strength?

For His reasons, God inserts a Saturday between our Fridays and Sundays. If today is one for you, be patient. As one who endured the silent Saturday wrote: “Be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord” (James 5:7 NKJV).

Today is Saturday, but Sunday is coming!
