BEST OR WORST
(You can answer best AND worst if you like)

Breakfast ~ What was your best or worst experience at summer camp? My worst had to be when I was in high school at mutual girl's camp.  We were sleeping in a tent and woke up to the croak of giant frogs jumping everywhere in our tent including on some of our faces!  Some girls from another ward put buckets of them in our tent in the middle of the night!  We got them back by locking them in the porta potty.  We were taken to Kangaroo Kourt for it but so were they.  My best was more recent when as Young Women President I bravely held a snake for a few seconds to show my bravery!  haha  I wasn't too brave though since I screamed like a Ninja and threw that snake 100 feet after only holding it for two secondsAlso when me and my friend Jen put night crawlers in some of our girl's water bottles to pay them back for putting anchovies in our punch at dinner.  That was classic!  I could go on and on with both.  I have had MANY memorable summer camp experiences.
Lunch ~ What was your best or worst summer or part time job? When I attended Dixie College for one semester, me and my friend Shauna stayed during the summer to work.  We worked for the school and did a lot of different jobs...catering outdoors, stuffing envelopes with registration packets, working in the cafeteria where I saw a lot of cockroaches, etc.  But the worst part of the job was cleaning the boy's dorms after the boys had gone home for the summer.  They were disgusting!  Even some of the girl's dorms were bad.  I really hate cleaning other people's dirt.  I saw a lot of cockroaches doing that too and I loathe the stinkin' things.  My best was either working at Burger King during high school because about 10 of my good friends also worked there, or at The Fudge Kitchen as a waitress right after graduating from high school or teaching preschool at Developmental Day School.
Dinner ~ What is the best or worst advice you have ever received? The worst is "Never go to bed angry".  I have found that it is better to go to bed angry and cool off then to stay up and fight all night!  haha  The best advice came when Tyson was a very sick newborn and his life was touch and go for a few months and someone told me to take it one day at a time or even one hour at a time if needs be.  I took that advice and it is what got me through that very hard time and still gets me through tough times today.
Midnight Snack ~ What is the best or worst gift you have ever been given? The worst gift had to be a ceramic golden calf we were given as a wedding present.  Instead of worshiping it☺, we set it on the edge of our counter in a spot that whatever we put there ended up on the floor broken.  Didn't take long for that to be it's fate too. The best gift had to be (besides all of my babies) a lighthouse that our home teacher Brother (and Sister) Packer made for us.  It is amazing!  I am still in awe of the hours and hours of time that went into that gift and I will forever be grateful to them for it.  People just don't do things like that anymore.  They are such amazing people.
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)
Go out of your way to show kindness to others.  It takes such little effort on your part, but the impact it can have on others can be life changing.  Believe that you have the power to change someone's life with your kind words.
