♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Breakfast ~ What was your "ah-hah" moment this week?
Lunch ~ What did you do this week that you haven't done before?
Dinner ~ What is coming up that you are dreading? Looking forward to?
Midnight Snack ~ If you could be friends with someone you currently aren't friends with, who would it be?
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)

MY ANSWERS

Breakfast ~ What was your "ah-hah" moment this week? I learned that events don't upset you. Beliefs do.  I read this article here and even if I knew this before, this shined new light on that fact.  I needed to hear that this week.
Lunch ~ What did you do this week that you haven't done before? I went and saw a Physical Therapist.  Even though I have been running for eight years, I have never been to one personally.  I have taken my boys (and other peeps) to them, but I have never gone to one myself.  I hope I don't have to see one again for a long time!  PT = Injury!
Dinner ~ What is coming up that you are dreading? Sadly to say, Christmas. Looking forward to? Running the Boston Marathon in April!
Midnight Snack ~ If you could be friends with someone you currently aren't friends with, who would it be? The list is so long!  Right now I think I would like to get to know for some reason Kathy Lee Gifford.  Mainly because I have been impressed with the way she is handling her grief after the death of her husband and I think she has a lot of wisdom in many areas of her life.
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)
Keep swimming, just keep swimming. Or in my case running!

Always, always I am enlightened by your food for thoughts. I enjoyed the article that you linked. I need to remember the recipe.

I love your breakfast and the link that goes with it. This is a great way to deal with all the stress in life. I hope I can remember it.
One year you should try to take the minimalist approach to Christmas and see if you don't like it better. It makes me sad that you dread it when I love it so much! Perhaps we should both refer back to your breakfast when dealing with Christmas and winter.
Love your recipe for the week.

i know Audrey, I keep trying to simply Christmas. My problem is I hate doing away with all the traditions I started. But, now the boys are getting older, I think I can start to do that. I need to make some serious changes that is for sure! But even the decorating overwhelms me. The to do list is just so HUGE that time of year when it already is anyway and then to add more - it just overwhelms!
