Food 4 Thought Friday ~ This week's questions:
Breakfast ~ What is embarrassing you the most in your life right now?
Lunch ~ What is something that surprised you this week? That I was able to run 12 miles on Thursday after running a killer half marathon on Saturday and I didn't get injured while doing it. I was only going to go 8 miles but my friend was doing 12, and I just kept going hoping I would be okay. I also learned some things about some family members this week that really surprised me and learned that one of my friends really has it much worse than I ever imagined with her children.
Dinner ~ What is your favorite bumper sticker? Right now it would have to be:
This just cracks me up.
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?) When stress creeps in, I am trying to focus on other things to take my mind off of it.
