MY ANSWERS
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Breakfast ~ What is your must have beauty product? I can't narrow it down to one, so I will say:
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara (lime green and pink tube) - I've used it for years and I have yet to find anything that compares.  It's great and cheap!

Coconut OilI can't use lotion after shaving my legs because they break out, but I can use coconut oil.  I love the stuff! It's good for so many things!
Albolene as a make up remover - best stuff on the planet after Mary Kay quit making their extra emollient cleansing creme.

Cetaphil moisturizing cream - a great thick creamy moisturizer.
Lunch ~ What do you listen to while driving? Oh my gosh, I just found this amazing radio station that I LOVE to listen to now!  It's 1390 AM.  It's also 103.3 FM but I can rarely get good reception on that one.  It's Cache Valley's Lite Favorites and the songs are mostly from the 50's, 60's, and 70's.  All the good oldies!  I love oldies (always have!) and I am so happy I discovered it!  But it's really good and I recommend it!  Sometimes I listen to KSL as well to get the news or listen to Doug Wright's show.   Before I found 1390, I would listen to about six different soft rock stations depending on who was playing the best song at the time.  FM100 - B98.6, 92.2, 103.5, etc.
Dinner ~ What is the craziest fad diet you have ever done? Before I understood that dieting is probably the worst thing you can do to lose weight unless you plan on maintaining that diet your entire life (or you will just gain it back eventually and probably more- I am firm believer in calories in - calories out now), I went on this diet in college and I think it was called the Dolly Parton diet.  It was basically a cabbage soup that you ate for every. single. meal. for an entire week.  Around that time I also bought into some crazy diet pills that I just knew would work.  Hah.  Nope!
*I decided to google Dolly's diet and there were a ton of things on it.  I even found the recipe!  I can't believe it's still circulating after almost 35 years!  Check out this link HERE!
Midnight Snack ~ What song always pulls at your heartstrings? Has to be "Christmas Shoes".  Oh. My. Hannah. I can't even listen to it!  It rips my heart out.  And any songs that remind me of Tyson are tough as well.   What song can cheer you up instantly? Happy or Geronimo right now. I also like Uptown Funk. Any Abba songs especially Dancing Queen. I love all the 70's Disco songs with a beat. However, there are a ton of other songs that can do that too.  A lot of oldies! Singin' In the Rain, all the Sound of Music ones, Carpenter's "I'm on the Top of the World", Hakuna Matada. Basically my entire running playlist!  The list goes on and on, and a lot of church hymns.
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)
Get up early and get going on your TO DO list before other things shove it aside!

Oh! I'm going to have to listen to that radio station. Those are the things I listen to on Pandora - along with all of the showtunes you mentioned. I also love the good beat of the 70's disco. Back in the day when I tried to run, it was always to disco music.
I have never heard of the Dolly Parton diet - and I think that I am glad. YUCK!

I can't use lotion after shaving either. Haha so funny. I actually use Vaseline or something similar. I have coconut oil but I think the kids have it in their bathroom now. It's also good for removing makeup. You like the same kind of music I do. I hadn't heard of that station but will check it out.I love the same songs you do to cheer me up. The other day I cranked up the volume and was rocking out to a song with a good beat. I can't remember what it was now.
Crud I couldn't remember the fad diets but I'm sure I tried some....nothing so crazy as the one you tried or I think I would remember.
I always like the recipe for the week...I especially like the bottom one!

I tried both am and fm for your favorite radio station and it was a no go in Ogden. It sounds like the music I would like to listen to so that I can jive while I drive.
I tried coconut oil and loved it.
I always look forward to your Food 4 Thought Friday.

Nancy, try it again! Sometimes at night the reception is really bad, but most of the time I can get it while in Ogden!
