Breakfast ~ What is your current preoccupation?  BOSTON!  I am feeling very stressed about my training not going well (injury, weather, etc) and I still haven't got our lodging or plane tickets secured!
Lunch ~ What do you know a thing or two about? I would say being a mother to boys (imagine that!), which includes removing laundry stains, cleaning bathrooms, discipline, ways to get their energy out, etc.  Other things might be running, cake decorating, organizing, and taking photos. I did not say "photography" because I don't know much about that, but it would be a good idea to learn since I do take a lot of pix!
Dinner ~  What is in your fridge right now? Considering we STILL don't have a fridge right now (it's on its way "supposedly" and should be here Tuesday!), the only thing in it is a few items that don't need to be refrigerated (canned pop, baking soda, etc).  The fridge we ARE using in the garage and occasionally our back porch, has a lot of leftovers, milk, condiments, yogurt, veggies, butter, cheese, etc.
Midnight Snack ~ What is one of your useful failures? First thing that comes to mind is a couple wedding cake fails. They were useful because they taught me what to do and not to do!  Luckily, most were able to be fixed in time for the receptions!  I think ALL of my failures, have been useful because I think I learn much more from my failures than I do from my successes.

Savor the quiet moments in life when you get them.  Quiet moments are a rare gift in this crazy world we live in!

I know everything will go well as far as Boston goes. You will have fun and do well. I feel bad that I'm not going to be there but maybe I should start with a race a little closer. ☺ My lunch would be very similar. I still think we should learn about photography together. I'd love knowing more. I agree we learn more from our failures and I love your recipe for the week. I love quiet moments!
