MY ANSWERS
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
 JUST ONE THING
Breakfast ~ Describe your week in one word. Perplexing
Lunch ~ What one thing can always put you in a good mood?  Happy music!  Well, it's a toss up between that and Chocolate!
What one thing can always put you in a bad mood? When my clothes get too tight because that means I have to deprive myself of treats!
Dinner ~ What is one thing that must be on your Thanksgiving menu? Candied yams with toasted marshmallows on top. (My recipe is below)
Midnight Snack ~ Name one of your Thanksgiving traditions.  We really don't have many other than the usual alternating between the in-law's houses each year and then looking through the ads for Black Friday shopping the next day. I always like to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and I always run a Turkey Trot which is now becoming a tradition to run it with my son Taylor.  Oops!  I have a hard time sticking to just one thing!  lol
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?)
Learn to visualize things before you do them they way you want to do them and you will be amazed at the results!

Baked Candied Yams
(I always double this)
1 large can yams drained
1 cup brown sugar
3 Tbl flour
3 Tbl butter
1 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Melt butter and add to brown sugar, flour, and salt.  Set aside. Grease a casserole dish. Add drained yams (cut in bite size pieces).  Put  mixture on top of yams and stir.  Add nuts and marshmallows on top.  Pour half and half over the top.
Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes until marshmallows are browned.
