Lunch Name at least five things you do that you are proud "well-pleased" of.
☻Try and make traditions fun and memorable ☻Attend and support my boys at their events ☻ Try to teach my boys how to be good husband's and fathers ☻Journaling ~ Family History stuff ☻Bake yummy treats for my fam ☻Staying self educated ☻Using my gifts (the few I have) to better my little world when I can☻
Dinner What is something you are always wanting to do, but never seem to be able to.
Just relax and watch a DVD or two and catch up on all the great movies I have missed. Or take a nap!
Midnight Snack What is your best way to cope with stress. I try and focus on being full of gratitude for what I do have instead of focusing on what I don't. Not very easy to do naturally, but if I really focus, it is much easier and I feel less stress. Deep breaths are also extremely helpful. They always release some of the tension. Running is also a great release.
