Hi Jodi - thanks for stopping over at my blog! :) To answer your question about having pictures that you can click on in your sidebar... I'll do my best to explain:

First, you need to have the picture somewhere in your blog already. I typically go and place one in a very old post, or, like in my "100 things about me" post, I already had the photo there that I wanted to use.

Right-click on the picture that is already on the net somewhere and go to "properties" - then select and copy the full address location. (you can use ctrl-c shortcut to do this)

Go to your "customize" button in the top right corner of your blog settings. Click on "layout" and then "Page elements".

Go to the side bar and click "add a page element". Then choose "html/java script"

Then use this html script, except replace the () that I've used with tags <> okay?

(p)
(a href="http://missymarketingmama.blogspot.com/2008/03/100th-post.html")
(img border="0" width="100" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_oy8IfMeWMtM/R9diCe5gF3I/AAAAAAAAAi0/d7SGb5U0Ge0/s200/100+things+about+me.jpg" height="100"/)
(/a)
(/p)

If you look in that code, you'll see there are 3 parts. the first address that comes after the href is the link where you want people to go when they click on your picture.

The 2nd part is the width and height of the photo size - mine is set at 100 - you can play around with this to make your photo bigger or smaller. You can use any number, I usually use intervals of 25 to experiment.

The 3rd part is the address of your photo whereever it is hosted on the web. It usually ends in .jpg.

Copy/paste that code into your new html/java code window - replace those 2 addresses with your own picture address and linking address and you will be all set. Hope that makes sense - good luck! :)

I couldn't agree more. Mmm, chocolate and donuts and one for each hand. My sister's link is Hillary, on my blog page. (Just so you know, she REALLY says it like it is-not crude, just reality.)
