Friday Feast #7

A buffet for the brain...
Join in on the fun. Just answer and add to your blog.

Appetizer

Invent a new flower; give it a name and describe it.
I really like this picture (there is a larger one on yesterday's post) and so it gave me the idea of a combination rose and hydrangea. The rose part would be pink but the hydrangea has to be purple. It would look just like these with the rose coming out of the center of the hydrangea. Beeee-U-tiful don't ya think? When you smelled them all your wrinkles would disappear! I would name it: Hydrosa

Soup
Name someone whom you think has a wonderful voice.
That's easy...Josh Groban. His voice is totally amazing. I had the opportunity to see him in concert last summer and he is even MORE spectacular in person!

Salad
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how clean do you keep your car?

If I didn't have children it would be an 8, but since I do it's a 5 or 6 . I would much rather have kids than a clean car any day! When they all grow up I know I will actually miss all those fingerprints, Wendy's wrappers, french fries, shoes, toys, basketballs, homework pages, empty cups, dirty socks, dead worms...YES, worms...DEAD!

Main Course
How do you feel about poetry?

Just kiddin'! I actually really enjoy it... if it isn't too deep. I like to write my own once in a while just for fun. Mine is anything but deep! For a sample of my poetic attempts (and I emphasize "attempts") click here.

Dessert
What was the last person/place/thing you took a picture of?
My boys last night as soon as they got home from the gym.

I love your appetizer and dessert the best. Your boys remind me of mine when he was about that age. Came home from wherever and hit the fridge. Have a great FF and weekend. :)

I love that hybrid flower! I've gone over some of your past posts too, and find your blog delightful and thought-provoking. Glad to make your acquaintance!

Cute boys! And I love your poem! You are very creative. I want that flower too if it eliminates wrinkles! Where can I get one? haha
